Commercial Strategy & Market Positioning
7E helped Goldswarm Honey translate a differentiated product story into a focused commercial strategy—clarifying its market position, priority channels, pricing architecture, and path to sustainable growth.
Goldswarm Honey
Goldswarm Honey had built a compelling foundation: award-winning West African honey, a nationally distributed brand partnership, an influential product endorsement, and a sourcing network of more than 2,000 smallholder farmers across Nigeria. The opportunity was to turn those assets into a more disciplined, scalable commercial model.
7E led a comprehensive strategic assessment spanning financial performance, unit economics, Amazon and Shopify channel data, competitive positioning, pricing, and stakeholder alignment. From that work, we developed a differentiated market position for Goldswarm as an ultra-premium West African terroir honey, defined its most attractive customer and channel opportunities, established pricing and operating guardrails, and built an 18-month execution roadmap aligned to the company’s stage and capabilities.
The result was a clear commercial direction designed to help Goldswarm move from an emerging premium brand to a more focused U.S. specialty retail and B2B growth strategy—with greater alignment around where to compete, how to price, and where to invest.
