As a top national retailer committed to inclusivity, Macy's sought a strategic partner to engage with its Brand Marketing and DE&I teams to deepen their cultural fluency and communications within campaign planning, aiming to strengthen representation and genuinely celebrate diversity.
OUR ROLE & ACTION
Seven Elements Group delivers ongoing marketing and communications expertise to shape Macy’s messaging and content for both customers and colleagues. We offer cultural advisory and consulting services across brand strategy, store merchandising, brand entertainment, and social impact initiatives.
RESULTS
Throughout our multiyear partnership, we delivered key outputs including thought leadership, more than 50 strategic points of view, 15 comprehensive Culture Conversation training sessions, and facilitated cross-functional Roundtable Discussions. We also provided numerous consultations on multichannel campaigns and served as the agency partner for Macy’s first-ever DE&I Annual Report.
