Prudential identified a strategic opportunity to strengthen relevance and accelerate growth within untapped consumer markets—grounded in a belief that long-term business value is created when trust, understanding, and access are designed into the core of the business. Doing so required developing a deeper, evidence-based understanding of financial behaviors, confidence drivers, and decision barriers shaping the consumer financial journey for specific communities.
Seven Elements Group partnered with Prudential to design and build Blueprints to Black Wealth, a research-led enterprise growth strategy and model built to translate insight into execution. Through primary market research, segmentation, and operating model design, the initiative aligned brand, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement around shared value. The result is a scalable, integrated approach that strengthens credibility, improves engagement, and positions Prudential to drive sustained growth while delivering measurable financial impact to core business functions.
